Summary of materials that we can fabricate: 

All carbons steel pipe and plate, stainless steel, and chrome materials (P11,P22).

Pipe in diameters from ½” up to 36” with thicknesses up to 2” 

​

Welders who are certified and tested under ASME sec. IX.  In processes that include SMAW, GMAW, GTAW AND SPOT WELDING.

 

All fabrication work will be stringently inspected by our certified welding inspector and tested  by means of visual examination, hydrotesting to client specifications, and any other non-destructive testing required by the client.

All non-destructive testing and heat treatment will be handled by outside sources on-site in our shop.

 

These methods include PT,MT,PMI,UTSW,UTPAW and RT.
